A Dragonite Icon for 
I hope you like it. I didn't really like the sprite from PMD (The colors are pretty messed up/kinda odd looking) so I opted for the cuter sprite from HG/SS. (Because the one from Pokemon Ranger was too big XD)
I can take out the floaty happy face if you want, I added that for giggles.
